The core. Serious. Doesn't beg for attention.
So everything else doesn't look like a mess.
Chaos, but controlled. Where things pop.
Movement. Nothing here is static.
Headings are set in Helvetica Now. Body copy and long reads are set in Georgia Pro.
HEADING DISPLAY SPECIMEN
Use the heavier Helvetica Now weights for headings, event banner titles, and calls to action. Set it big and let it be loud.
"This is Georgia Pro. We use it for long-form reading, paragraphs, team profiles, and documentation."
It stays easy to read over long stretches, and it calms the loud headings down.
bits&bytes™ is an independent, teen-led builder network. We run hackathons, developer meetups, open-source squads, and cohort programs. We started in November 2025, after a partner organization cancelled a hackathon we were organizing. So we built our own home for it, run by students, where teenagers ship real software, learn in public, and organize with serious safety standards.
